Unsafe work environments were my only point of reference. Once I felt the space to feel emotionally and psychologically safe, it was an aha moment of discomfort. Now, it’s a process of unlearning systems that no longer serve me.

A Practice of Inclusive Leadership

The Evolve Forum is a groundbreaking community experience designed to foster an anti-racist economy where racial wealth gaps and systemic disparities are relics of the past. Through our comprehensive approach, we tackle the urgent need for transformation in the workplace, targeting the critical themes of Safety, Opportunity, and Power.

Our vision for an antiracist economy begins where safety is normalized, opportunity is equal, and power is shared. Racial wealth gaps and systematic disparities are relics of the past. To get there, we have to disrupt systems and unlearn paradigms that no longer serve us.

We’ll dive into the three categories:

  • Safety: We emphasize the importance of creating an environment where emotional, physical, and psychological safety are not just desired but integral components of empowerment.

  • Opportunity: Equitable opportunities focus on transparent pathways, diversity in workplaces, and accessible resources to empower BIPOC individuals and ensure equal chances for economic self-determination.

  • Power: Sharing Power fosters collaboration, accountability, and inclusivity, enabling BIPOC young adults to have a say in decision-making and collectively work towards a more equitable economic landscape.

Join us we discuss the fundamental components of what inclusive leadership means.

A light breakfast, coffee, and lunch will be served at each event.

Please note that you have the option to register as a cohort member or drop-in registrant. Cohort members will automatically be registered for all three events and benefit from supplemental communications and bridgework throughout the series.
