The One Door, Many Pathways report brings together youth-led research and stakeholder input to show what young adults need to enter, earn, persist, and advance through LA’s mega-event economy. The report names shared commitments around job quality, navigation, social capital, employer-connected learning, and accountability, and identifies actions partners can take across the ecosystem.

On February 13, 2026, young adults and cross-sector leaders gathered in Los Angeles to explore how the region’s upcoming mega sporting events could create lasting economic opportunity.
