The One Door, Many Pathways report brings together youth-led research and stakeholder input to show what young adults need to enter, earn, persist, and advance through LA’s mega-event economy. The report names shared commitments around job quality, navigation, social capital, employer-connected learning, and accountability, and identifies actions partners can take across the ecosystem.

On February 13, 2026, young adults and cross-sector leaders gathered in Los Angeles to explore how the region’s upcoming mega sporting events could create lasting economic opportunity. Participants examined research, responded to shared commitments, and identified areas for continued action.
