As the leading talent development accelerator for young adults of color, we know our task is greater than getting diverse young talent into jobs. We aim to build an anti-racist economy by connecting young BIPOC adults to transformative career pathways.
We work with communities within the Bay Area, Chicago and Greater Los Angeles to train and up-skill young adults within the ages of 18-29, as well as train employers to advance their hiring practices.
We provide unparalleled support to Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) between ages 18-29 in collapsing time and upskilling in the areas of education, career and life coaching. Our approach is bold, transformative and uniquely tailored to meet the diverse needs of young adult in our pipeline.
